Are your blankets quilted?
Every one of our blankets (except the Core which is filler only) is quilted in a zig-zag stitch pattern to help keep snags and tears from expanding throughout the blanket. Our blankets also feature 4 finished corners for added durability.

Can I get free expedited shipping?
The free shipping includes Ground shipping only within the 48 continental US States. We do offer expedited shipping at an extra charge for select items. There are some items such as plastic covers, peanuts, tape, and other packing items that ship from an alternate location that does not do any expedited shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need items in a hurry for availability and best shipping options.

You mention moving pads, and moving blankets on your site. What is the difference?
There is no difference whatsoever. They are two terms for the same product. We mention them both on the site so people looking for one or the other can find us is all.

What are your hours of operation?
We operate and run our site throughout the week and weekend and monitor e-mails accordingly. However, our normal hours of business operate around the shipping companies’ schedules of 8am-5pm CST.
