We Ship It Fast
Moving Startup will ship your order real quickly. We shoot for shipping within 24 hours of a weekday order. We're in east-central Iowa, which works well for FedEx, UPS, and LTL. All orders are shipped via ground unless expedited shipping is selected during the checkout process. Tracking numbers are emailed to you at the time of shipment.
Although we do the best we can, things can happen. It’s rare, but if for some reason your order does not ship within 2 business days, you’ll be contacted and we’ll make it right.

Freight
Prices are F.O.B. Urbana, Iowa. Online orders over $20 will be shipped free of freight charges within the contiguous 48 states unless partial delivery is required. Partial delivery shipments will incur freight charges. Freight charges are dependent upon carrier rates and therefore subject to change without notice.
Returns
Returns must be approved in advance, so please be sure to call 1-800-747-8869 first. Returns may only be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable. A 20% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns.
With bundled moving blankets, the expansion that naturally occurs upon opening makes return shipment cost-prohibitive.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Customers must notify Moving Startup of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered (or expected). The buyer is responsible for the following:
1.Inspecting shipment for lost, missing, or damaged merchandise
2.Signing the carriers’ freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete
3. Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
