Conditions of Use

It is the owner's responsibility to determine suitability of a product for any particular use. It is recommended that all applicable industry, trade association, federal, state, and local regulations are adhered to. Read all operating instructions and warnings carefully.


LIMITED WARRANTY:

U.S. Cargo Control will agree to replace any products, which have been determined to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of invoice. During this warranty period (90 days) U.S. Cargo Control will at its' option repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized repair. Any product in question must be returned to U.S. Cargo Control for warranty approval. U.S. Cargo Control will not be held liable for special, incidental or consequential damage or delays directly or indirectly resulting from the sale or use of the defective goods and will make no allowance for repairs of alterations without its written consent.

U.S. Cargo Control expresses that this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchant ability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will our company be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages or losses of vehicle, cargo or profits.
