Shipping & Returns

Orders ship fast.  If your order does not ship within 2 business days you will be contacted.  It is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours or the same business day.  Orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground and tracking numbers will be provided.
FREIGHT:
All orders will be shipped freight free within the contiguous 48 states if standard ground shipping is chosen. Orders that require partial delivery may not ship freight free. Freight charges are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS:
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. The buyer is responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. A 30% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns.  Custom made items as well as Moving Boxes and some moving kits are non-refundable.  Freight Charges for expedited shipping methods will not be refunded.
LOST/DAMAGED MATERIAL:
Buyer must notify seller of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following: 1.)Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise, 2.)Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete, 3.) Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
